This notice explains how Stratexit, UAB (“Stratex_IT”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or engage us as a service provider. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Lithuanian data protection law.

• Enquiry data — the name, email address, company and message you send us through the website or by email.
• Client and contract data — contact details of representatives, billing information and correspondence related to services we deliver.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages viewed, recorded by our hosting provider in server logs for security and availability purposes.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be set.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals — our legitimate interest in dealing with prospective clients, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To deliver, support and invoice contracted services — performance of a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — compliance with a legal obligation.
• To keep our systems secure and available — our legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure.

4. Processing on behalf of clients

Where we host systems, develop software or administer identity-verification services for a client, we act as a processor on that client’s instructions. The client remains the controller of the personal data concerned and is responsible for its own privacy notice and legal basis. Our processing in that role is governed by a written data processing agreement.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who support our operations — hosting and datacenter providers, software and verification technology vendors, accountants, payment providers and professional advisers — each bound by confidentiality and, where applicable, a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.

Our infrastructure is located in the European Union. Where a vendor processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
• Contract and correspondence records: for the term of the contract and 10 years thereafter, in line with Lithuanian accounting and limitation requirements.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to privacy@stratex.lt.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.
